Is a URL load proof of a physical NFC tap?
No. Browser visits and refreshes can open the same URL.
Can QR and NFC be distinguished?
Only with separate tracking information, such as a QR source parameter.
Are drafts public?
No. Visitors see only the latest published snapshot.
